I hope you’re doing well. My name is Rutba Ashraf, and I’m from Kashmir, India. I’m currently in Class 11th with a focus on medical subjects. I found your profile online and was really impressed by your expertise.

I’ve been struggling with maintaining consistent study habits. I can study consistently for about 14 days plus : i can study comfortably for 18 hours, but then I get distracted for around 5 to 6 days. With only five and a half months left for my exams, I really need help to stay on track and improve my study routine.

Could you please guide me on how to manage my time better and stay focused? Any tips or strategies you could share would be greatly appreciated.
