Hello,

I am a 39 year old professional who worked in Tech companies in various roles related to customer support and sales operations. I've struggled finding the right place to stay there for a long time and I've always looked for new opportunities better paid. I upskilled a couple of times, in Lean Six Sigma and Data analysis, but I seem to choose areas that are more complex. I am good to "put a foot in the door" in big companies but I struggle with stress and high demands and I want to find a mentor to guide me to the right path for me to build a long term career.

What I Expect From A Mentor:

I would like to learn some strategies to adapt my skills to the relevant jobs, where I can get both job satisfaction and a good work life balance.
