Career & Study Mentor

I have over 20 years of work experience in IT, Technical Training, Mechanical Design Enginering, and Project Management. So yeah, I've changed career paths a few times - maybe you're thinking of doing the same?

I mentored several junior engineers over the years and like to think I've helped them, not just by being encouraging but by helping them form an action plan to reach their goals.

Look I'm not perfect. In fact, I'm constantly working on myself and my career. However, maybe my experiences, both good and bad, can help you on your way.

What I Expect From A Mentee:

Effort and positivity. I believe action items and accountability are key in making meaningful change, so if we create an action plan, I expect you to at least TRY to accomplish those tasks. There will undoubtedly be setbacks but if you keep your head up and keep trying, we will get there.
