Ariana Roldan

Career & Study Mentor

As a Chemical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Biological and Environmental Engineering, and over 8 years of experience across various industries and roles, I am passionate about mentoring students and individuals looking to make their mark in the professional world. Beyond technical guidance, I aim to offer a more personal perspective and share insights that would have been invaluable to me earlier in my journey. My goal is to support you in navigating career challenges, building confidence, and developing strategies for success in a constantly evolving workplace.

What I Expect From A Mentee:

I expect a mentee to be open-minded, proactive, and curious—someone who is receptive to listening, willing to adapt, and eager to learn. Mentorship works best when mentees have the motivation to grow and aren’t afraid to ask for help. I appreciate when a mentee is honest about their goals and challenges, as this helps us create a tailored approach together. A positive attitude toward learning and a commitment to apply what we discuss will make the experience meaningful and impactful for both of us.
